At Hope Farm Butchery we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality, locally-sourced meat products. However, we understand that sometimes things may not be perfect. Here is our policy regarding returns and refunds:

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of purchase for items that are defective, incorrect, or missed from your order. Simply call us on: 07951 453692 and have your receipt ready or email us on help@hopefarmbutchery.co.uk including a copy of your reciept. We will be happy to exchange the item or issue a full refund so long as the following, required criterion is met:

  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of meat products that have been opened, repackaged, or are no longer in their original condition.

Refunds

While we do not offer cash refunds, we are happy to provide a refund in the form of a credit that can be used towards your next purchase from us. Refund credits will be processed within 7 business days.

A few notes:

  • Our products do not contain preservatives, so some odour when first opened is normal. Simply allowing the package to air out for 5-10 minutes should eliminate any odors.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns/refunds.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return/refund if the item is not defective or if the required criterion is not met.
